Emily Tevault is Vice President, Programs & Producktivity® with BSCorbett Consulting, LLC. She is a coach, trainer, and consultant in leadership, time management, intentional growth, and project management. Emily uses her 18 years of nonprofit accounting, finance, and management experience with educational organizations and associations to establish trust, build relationships, and connect the pieces of the puzzle. She believes that being productive requires a commitment to intentional personal and professional growth. Emily sees life as a sequence of processes to be identified, created, and made more effective. She applies the Producktivity® Principles: Identify. Connect. Organize. in her own life and with her clients to move ideas to action. Emily received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Viola Performance from The Johns Hopkins University. Emily is a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Speaker, and Teacher, and a Maxwell Certified DISC® Trainer.
Nou Vang, MPA
Nou Vang is a Consultant with BSCorbett Consulting, LLC. Nou brings strategic and operational management expertise to the team, including efficiency, productivity, and change management. She is passionate about helping organizations focus energy on their purpose and objectives, creating and sustaining commitment to their visions, and reconciling differences and managing conflict. Nou has managed a variety of organization change projects aimed to streamline and improve business operations, establish quality control standards, and implement new technology. With over 10 years of experience, she has managed operations for small and large nonprofit organizations with the largest being a national membership association with a $20M budget. Nou holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
