She is passionate about helping organizations focus energy on their purpose and objectives, creating and sustaining commitment to their visions, and reconciling differences and managing conflict. Nou has managed a variety of organization change projects aimed to streamline and improve business operations, establish quality control standards, and implement new technology. With over 10 years of experience, she has managed operations for small and large nonprofit organizations with the largest being a national membership association with a $20M budget. Nou holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
