Sean Hall is a highly experienced leader who has held a variety of positions at Ceridian Employer Services; an outsourced payroll and human resources company (1987-2001), and Takeda Pharmaceuticals; one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world (2001-2019). For 20 years, Sean has volunteered his time as Chief Counselor and Program Director for the American Legion Program Keystone Boys State, a program dedicated to teaching young leaders the fundamentals of state and local government. Sean is a John Maxwell Team Certified Coach, Speaker, and Teacher, where he focuses his efforts on mentorship and leadership development. He believes there is no greater time than right now for people to invest in their future. The success that a person experiences in life is dependent on their willingness to continue to grow and add value to themselves and others. This is the foundation of a great leader.

Emily Tevault is Vice President, Programs & Producktivity® with BSCorbett Consulting, LLC. She is a coach, trainer, and consultant in leadership, time management, intentional growth, and project management. Emily uses her 18 years of nonprofit accounting, finance, and management experience with educational organizations and associations to establish trust, build relationships, and connect the pieces of the puzzle. She believes that being productive requires a commitment to intentional personal and professional growth. Emily sees life as a sequence of processes to be identified, created, and made more effective. She applies the Producktivity® Principles: Identify. Connect. Organize. in her own life and with her clients to move ideas to action. Emily received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and a bachelor’s degree in Viola Performance from The Johns Hopkins University.
